James Allan Krause, PhD, heads CC Sotel Publishing Ltd, a small, limited liability publishing company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada in 1980.

The author has written six books. These are carried by more than fifty well known local and international distributors. 

Krause is currently producing a trilogy of audiobooks. Wetion: Historical Fiction Based on Fact (2nd edn) was published in 2025. The Pilot and the Parrot is contemporary fiction and being converted to audiobook format in 2026. The Gardens of Venus, science fiction, will be appear in 2027. All three audiobooks feature a full length book, ten scene play and equal number of original songs.

Overall, Krause has written thirty-five songs including several celebrating traditions - "Another Year's Over," "Epiphanies," "A Valentine's Rhapsody," "The Eve 'Fore Christmas," and "Onward Hooray, It's Time to Graduate."

He completed degree programs in France, Germany, and Canada and earned a PhD in the USA.

He served as an on-line professor of marketing and other business subjects at accredited American and Canadian universities.
