About
Logan grew up with a love for stories and started his writing while serving in the US Army, while not taking it too seriously. After being encouraged by his college writing professor, he jumped into the world of novels. While working on his first manuscript, he was a lead writer for monkeysfightingrobots.com’s anime section for a few years.
Speaking of, he is an avid consumer of anime. Much of his inspiration comes from this medium, and he could talk for hours about works like NEON GENESIS EVANGELION or KILL LA KILL. One day, he wants to write something akin to the MACROSS franchise with music integrated into the story. He’d also love to write a Disney musical too.
In his downtime, he can be found lip-syncing to K-pop, playing with his over-energetic Corgi, and throwing down in TCG’s ala Magic The Gathering and Weiss Schwarz.
At the heart of all his works, you’ll find larger-than-life characters that are just like you and me. Logan wants you to realize just how amazing you are and can be. His stories are here to lift you up and those around you. Now you know. That’s him. Pretty cool, right?

What inspired you to start writing?
I had an English professor who encouraged me and said I had a lot of talent. I always enjoyed stories so I thought it would be the perfect creative outlet for me.

Can you tell us a little about your latest book?
Earth's Last Encore is a close-to-home story about anyone who is doubting their purpose or simply at a loss for one. In an age of post-modernism, we need stories that have concrete answers about the world we live in and how we can fulfill our needs and those of the people around us. It also uses aliens to explore personal relationship trauma and growing to trust again, instead of giving in to the fear that can be caused by pain. Ultimately, it's a story about perseverance, even though you may not always see the finish line.
