I'm 73, and I'm an author, editor, psychic and healer, living on the Costa Blanca in Spain with my dog Luna. I've been writing for many years, and have lots of articles published in print and online. I've had several articles published in Psychic News. However, I didn't get around to publishing my first book, The Soul Cave: It's Never Too Late to Find Your Power, until a month before my 71st birthday in 2023!
I'm now working on a second book, which will be published in 2026. I write mainly about all things spiritual, although I'll write about any topic that interests, inspires and challenges me. I've been told by more than one psychic that I'm going to live to a ripe old age, but I still live every day like it's my last. After all, one day, it will be!

What inspired you to start writing?
When I was a child, English was my favourite lesson. I especially loved creative writing. At the Careers Day at school, I told the advisor that I wanted to be a writer. Both she and my Mum said I needed to get a 'proper job.' I suppose if they were here now they might concede I do have a proper job!

Can you tell us a little about your latest book?
The Soul Cave is my first published book. It's a non-fiction read about my spiritual journey and what started me on it, so it's part autobiography. I was late coming to spirituality, and even later publishing the book, and I found it difficult to navigate all the information out there, so I've included a sort of 'spiritual starter kit' too. Also, I receive channelled meditations and visualisations from the Angels, so some of those are in there. So you could say it's part biography, part spiritual primer and part self help book.
