Despite my trials, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Skyline College in the Computer Engineering Program with a 3.7 GPA and made the Dean's list. I have been 13x times nominated on various platforms for Author of the year. 2020 S&M Gospel Indie Awards recipient for Author of the year, 2021 Qwerty Thoughts first runner up in 38 countries for Author of the year.   • What inspired you to start writing?
    I was in downward spiral in my life and I wanted a change so I asked God what is it. So I just started writing my life story from beginning to end.
  • Can you tell us a little about your latest book?
    My latest book is *The Louisiana Purchase* You can find it on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. It's about a author Zavier, who is down on his luck who leads a boring lifestyle until he meets Jordan a cartel queen pin their relationship blossoms and then their life starts spiraling out of control with the drug cartels and Xavier is expanding is this relationship worth it and wants to go back to his boring life
  • How do you create your characters?
    Usually people I meet or have have met throughout my life.
  • What does your typical writing day look like?
    Usually around 1 to 3 am is my best writing times.
  • What has been the most rewarding part of being an indie author?
    Just the enjoyment of completing a book and making my supporters and fans happy.
  • What’s one challenge you’ve faced in your writing journey?
    Just mostly getting people to read your stories and trusting in you that you are a good writer.
  • Do you have any favorite writing tools or apps?
    I usually just use word on Microsoft.
  • What advice would you give to new or aspiring indie authors?
    To keep pushing just write down your story don't worry about the outside noise because this is your story.
  • How do you handle book promotion as an indie author?
    I usually self promote or join in on different radio stations and podcasts.
  • What’s next for you? Are you working on a new book?
    I really want to turn my books into movies or television series
