What inspired you to start writing?
I wanted to share the life lessons that I learned and tell the stories that would cause people to think.

Can you tell us a little about your latest book?
My latest book is called The Threshold and it is from the vision of what if people were disappearing in broad daylight yet no one was paying attention

How do you create your characters?
I create my characters based on the message that each book needs to get across. Sometimes I include characters that I have met before and other times I create characters that work well in the story.

What does your typical writing day look like?
My typical writing day starts out with me focusing on one book but usually ends with me working on several books over the course of the time that I am writing the books.

What has been the most rewarding part of being an indie author?
The most rewarding part of writing is getting the thoughts in my head on paper

What’s one challenge you’ve faced in your writing journey?
Getting the courage to keep going after me dreams and not giving up when it’s slow.

No I do not have any favorite writing tools

What advice would you give to new or aspiring indie authors?
You have to learn how to ignore the naysayers who have never done what you are trying to accomplish

How do you handle book promotion as an indie author?
I promote in any way that I can on social media, word of mouth and podcasts.

I am working on a domestic violence book entitled Can you handle the pain that should be out in the next month on Amazon
