What inspired you to start writing?
I was eight years old and the hovercraft had just been invented. I wondered if they could be used to explore new planets we may find with hostile environments. So I wrote my first science fiction story, 'Planet A for Acid.'

Can you tell us a little about your latest book?
'Midnight's Crisis' is the fourth book in 'The Midnight Series' of nine novels about the wartime adventures of Jessie Fordham, SOE (Special Operations Executive) agent Midnight. It's due for release in December 2025.
